Indeed FutureWorks 2022

By Fall 2022, the workplace had changed irrevocably. HR leaders were struggling to keep up with rapidly evolving employee expectations, from remote and hybrid work to hiring transparency to robust DEI programs.  

 

I had helped my agency George P Johnson win Indeed's RFP to become their  agency of record: now it was time to help them rebrand themselves as not just a job board, but a workplace thought leader. 

We did just that: from renaming their flagship event to designing activations and making programming recommendations, we created an event that reflected what a progressive, forward-thinking corporation Indeed truly is.

 

Some of my favorite experience enhancements included a digital interaction encouraging HR pros to give ex-cons a second chance in the workplace and a cafe experience designed to spark conversations around pay transparency (see left!).

 

I also couldn't help but leap to my feet for a standing ovation after a spectacular panel: "Make Your Workplace Work for Women," a conversation with Indeed CMO Jessica Jensen, Lena Waithe, Reshma Saujani and Jen Welter.
